On the second day of official work resumption, SCPIC organized a "First Safety Lesson for Work Resumption" training for all employees for 2024 The training was conducted at two levels: the first level was training for management personnel and team leaders by the QHSE Department, and the second level was training for team members by team leaders The training content included the adjustment and transition of employees' psychological mindset after the holiday, major hazard sources and control measures in the factory and projects during the work resumption period, main safety hazards and problems identified in 2023 and their preventive measures, as well as key requirements for safety management work in 2024
Based on the 2024 post-Spring Festival work resumption safety management requirements from higher authorities and its own actual situation, SCPIC will implement closed-loop management for the problems found during the work resumption inspection, evaluate the effectiveness of the "First Safety Lesson for Work Resumption" training, and take corresponding measures based on the evaluation results.
